Find WSU property for rent and sale

The days of dependence on only the local newspaper for available property listings are over.

The WSU Office of Business Affairs-Real Estate Office has a website to serve the real estate needs of staff and students alike. It lists property owned by WSU that occasionally is for sale, as well as apartments and other WSU properties that might be for rent.

The website, http://www.wsu.edu/realestate/index.html, also features current WSU real estate policies.

Additionally, it provides an online questionnaire for collecting information about the property needs of departments and colleges. Simply click on the yellow “Need a Place to Stay?” icon on the homepage.
