PULLMAN, Wash. — Washington State University President V. Lane Rawlins and University of Washington President Mark Emmert will hold a pre-Apple Cup press conference Friday (Nov. 19) from 3-3:30 p.m. in Room 403 of the Lighty Student Services Building on the Pullman campus.
The state’s two research universities have adopted a joint biennial budget proposal that has been presented to the Washington Higher Education Coordinating Board. The boards of regents of the two institutions will hold a joint meeting following the press conference at 3:30 p.m. in Lighty 405.
