Weekend fun and conversation

Saturday of the home-game weekend, Oct. 9, will feature Cougar Family Fun at Mooberry Track, art tours of the sculptures from the Walla Walla Foundry, pre-game, post-game and tailgate gatherings, Cougar Conversations and more.

Scheduled Cougar Conversations are:
• Exploring alleged “ills” of business education: How WSU already implements the “cure,” 10 a.m., Smith CUE 119, Jerman Rose, Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, and Chuck Munson, College of Business and Economics.
• Children’s books can help your child with math, 10 a.m., Smith CUE 319, Cynthia Thomas, College of Education.
• Why aren’t there more “good” restaurants? 11 a.m., Smith CUE 219, Dennis Reynolds, School of Hospitality Business Management.
• Music of the Beatles, 11 a.m., Kimbrough 245, David Jarvis, School of Music and Theatre Arts.
