PULLMAN, Wash. — Washington State University is accepting entries for its 13th annual Veterans Memorial Golf Tournament to be held April 10 at the Colfax Golf and County Club.
The cost to enter is $35 per person. Entry forms are available at the Pullman Golf Course or in the French Administration Building, Room 346. Entries must be received by 5 p.m. April 1.
Prizes include golf for two at the Coeur d’Alene Resort and a whitewater trip for two down Hells Canyon. A car will be awarded for a hole-in-one on No. 8, courtesy of Neill Motors, Chipman and Taylor Chevrolet/Oldsmobile/Geo, and Pullman Ford Mercury.
A barbecue will follow the tournament.
Proceeds from the event will fund a $500 scholarship for a veteran student, decided by an essay contest, and the upkeep of the Veteran’s Memorial on the Pullman campus.
