PULLMAN, Wash. — Registration begins today (Feb. 9) to enter the seventh annual Washington State University Campus on the Run, set for March 27, and for the first time, will be open to community members as well as the campus.

           

The entrance fee is $12 for students and $15 for non-students. Those who register between now and March 12 are guaranteed an event T-shirt. The final day to enter is March 24.

Registration forms are available at the Student Recreation Center, Compton Union Building, Room B19B, and on the UREC Web site at www.urec.wsu.edu.  Refreshments will be served after the race. Participants also have a chance to win prizes from local businesses.

The 3.1-mile road race around the WSU campus begins at the SRC.

Proceeds from the event will go to the Council on Aging and Human Services. The money will be used to develop a food bank distribution site in Rosalia that will operate in conjunction with the Colfax food bank.
