WSU Assistant Professor Ahmed Tibary, of the College of Veterinary Medicine, recently was awarded the Washington State Veterinary Medical Association’s WSU Faculty Member of the Year Award.
Tibary has served as a consultant to National Geographic, The Discovery Channel and the Ministry of Agriculture in Morocco.
While at WSU, He has been named the Wescott Clinical Teaching Scholar three times, in 2000, 2001 and 2002. He received the Carl J. Norden Outstanding Teacher Award in 2001. He was the Newberry Teaching Scholar 2001-2002.
