Tickets for Alan Jackson on Sale July 12

PULLMAN, Wash. – Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. July 12 to see country music superstar Alan Jackson perform at Washington State University as part of Homecoming Weekend entertainment.

The concert is scheduled for 8 p.m. Oct. 4 in Beasley Performing Arts Coliseum following the WSU football game against the University of Arizona.

All seats are reserved. Tickets are $49.50 and $44.50 depending on seat location and can be purchased at all TicketsWest outlets, by phone at (800) 325-SEAT or online at www.beasley.wsu.edu. About 7,500 tickets will be available.

Jackson has sold more than 36 million albums worldwide and has won more than 60 major industry awards for his recording, performances and songwriting. His biggest hits include “Chattahoochie,” “Don’t Rock the Jukebox” and “Where Were You (When the World Stopped Turning),” written in the wake of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, earned Jackson a 2003 Grammy Award for Best Country Song.

Guest artist Joe Nichols, named top new male vocalist by the Academy of Country Music in 2003, will also perform.
