Student Orientation Set Aug. 14 at WSU Tri-Cities

TRI-CITIES, Wash — Students new to the Washington State University Tri-Cities campus this fall can find all the information they need to know at a special Orientation Night set for Wednesday, Aug. 14.

Beginning at 6 p.m. in the East Building Auditorium on the north Richland campus, the session is designed to assist students in making the transition to WSU Tri-Cities, provide information on campus activities and take students and their families on campus tours.

“It’s always somewhat stressful, starting something new, and we hope to provide answers to any questions our students might have,” said Pat Wright, director of student services for WSU Tri-Cities. “We’ll give people the insight on campus procedures and provide a lot of other ‘how to’ information,” she said.

Prior to the orientation session, students with questions can call 372-7250. Additional information and online registration may be found at: www.tricity.wsu.edu.

Fall semester begins Aug. 26.
