Special WSU Board of Regents Meeting April 30

PULLMAN, Wash. — The Washington State University Board of Regents will hold a special meeting to receive public comment on budget and tuition issues April 30 in the Compton Union Building, Rooms 123-125.

Two sessions are scheduled, both with the same agenda. The sessions are 10:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.

Those who wish to give comment will be required to sign in, speak briefly and provide input on pertinent issues only. Questions also may be referred to staff for follow-up and response since there will not be the opportunity for extended dialogue.

The board is expected to decide tuition rates for the 2002-03 year at its May 10 meeting on the Pullman campus.

Written input to the Board of Regents on budget and tuition issues will be accepted until May 3, 2002.
