WSU Sorority Plans National Women’s Friendship Day

PULLMAN, Wash. — Washington State University’s Kappa Delta sorority will celebrate its third-annual National Women’s Friendship Day Sept. 16 on the WSU campus.

Sorority members will sponsor an information table with greeting cards and brochures in the Compton Union Building. Posters also will be displayed in local businesses and throughout campus.

Kappa Delta members created the day to promote and acknowledge friendships among women. They encourage women to send a card, make a phone call or spend time with their friends.
