Stephy Nobles-Beans Keynote Speaker at Feb. 1 WSU Multicultural Student Services Convocation

PULLMAN, Wash. — Stephy Nobles-Beans will be the Washington State University Multicultural Student Services Convocation keynote speaker on Feb. 1.

The 11th annual convocation is sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Student Services and the Council of Multicultural Student Presidents.

Scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Compton Union Building Carey Ballroom, the open to the public event will include award presentations and opportunities to visit with MSS staff, mentors and students they mentor. A reception follows the program.

Nobles-Beans is a program assistant and multicultural adviser for Whitworth College in Spokane. An author, she is a diversity trainer, assisting organizations with designing and implementing diversity training.
