Student Turns Himself in on Drug Charges

PULLMAN, Wash. — A fourth Washington State University student has been arrested for
possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The student turned himself in to campus police
early today.
Jonathan A. Seppa, 22, was booked in connection with a drug investigation which resulted
in three other arrests on Tuesday, July 27.
Police arrested Christopher Ellifritz, 23, after he was observed watering marijuana plants on
university property. A search warrant was issued and investigators found drugs, money and
paraphernalia at his residence on Howard Street in Pullman.
Two other individuals, Timothy Kerns, 21, and Hans Juhl, 22, were also arrested in
connection with the investigation.
Campus police had been in contact with Seppa, who also lives in the home but was out of
the area when the initial arrests were made.
