March, Ride to Jan. 14 WSU Pullman MLK Celebration

PULLMAN, Wash.–March or ride, either way will get you to Washington State University’s Wednesday evening, Jan. 14, celebration of the life of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.
The celebration program, featuring keynote speaker Arun Gandhi, begins at 7 p.m. in the Gladish Community Center auditorium in Pullman. Program sponsors are WSU and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.
According to WSU MLK Celebration Committee members, the traditional Unity March of campus and community leaders will begin at 6 p.m. on WSU’s Glenn Terrell Mall. It will conclude at Gladish.
For those unable to take part in the march, Pullman Transit will provide transportation. Buses to Gladish will be available at the Bookie from 5:45-7 p.m., running every 15 minutes. Returning buses will run every 15 minutes, 9-10 p.m., from Gladish, arriving at the Bookie.
