Alumna to coordinate tourism in Pacific County

SEAVIEW, Wash. – The Long Beach Peninsula Visitors Bureau appointed Washington State University alumna Andi Day the executive director, a position she started April 1 after the departure of the previous director in December. Day will be responsible for supporting and promoting regional tourism.
 
Day graduated from WSU in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in history. For the past year she has worked as the event sales and marketing manager for the Steamer Virginia V. Foundation and owns Andi Day, Social Butterfly. She is also an active member in the WSU Alumni Association.
