Chicago’s famed Second City comedy comes to WSU

PULLMAN, Wash. – Second City, the legendary sketch comedy theater that launched the careers of Tina Fey, Stephen Colbert, Steve Carell, Gilda Radner, Bill Murray and more, will present its Laugh Out Loud Tour at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, at Washington State University’s Jones Theatre in Daggy Hall.
 
Tickets cost $20 reserved seating and $10 for WSU students with valid ID. They can be purchased online at http://TicketsWest.com, by phone at 800-325-SEAT (7328) or at any TicketsWest outlet including the WSU Beasley Coliseum box office, open 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Friday. The evening will feature scripted and improvisational elements recommended for age 16 and older. The troupe, composed of the next generation of the comedy world’s best and brightest, will present new work as well as some of the best sketches, songs and improvisations from Second City’s 52-year history.
The performance is presented by WSU Performing Arts with sponsorship from the WSU Visual, Performing and Literary Arts Committee (VPLAC).
