PEBB ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES: SmartHealth Wellness Incentive General Info

Starting in 2015, the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) is offering a new wellness incentive called SmartHealth. SmartHealth offers a $125 wellness incentive in one of two ways: $125 discount off the PEBB medical deductible; or an additional $125 employer contribution to the Health Savings Account (HSA) for employees enrolled in a consumer-directed health plan (CDHP).

To earn the wellness incentive for 2015, eligible subscribers need to do three things:

Choose a primary care provider
Complete your PEBB medical plan’s health assessment
Start a wellness activity, as identified on www.hrs.wsu.edu/WellnessIncentive

You will have to log in to My Account between April 1 and June 30 to attest that you have completed all three steps.

Spanish, bilingual course from WSU Extension creates climate ambassadors

To reach thousands of northwestern Washington residents who do not speak English fluently, WSU Extension is offering new environmental educational programs in Spanish.
