PEBB Eligible Employees: FSA Reminder -Requests for Reimbursement Due March 31!

2013 Flexible Spending Account (FSA) participants, who continue to be enrolled in a Classic/Value medical plan in 2014, are able to make claims against any remaining funds in their 2013 FSA account for eligible expenses they incurred between January 1 and March 15. This is referred to as the FSA grace period.

Any claims filed during this grace period must be submitted no later than March 31. Claims must be submitted to the 2013 plan vendor, ASIFlex and NOT to the new plan vendor, Flex-Plan Services, Inc. Claims submitted to Flex Plan Services, Inc. will be counted towards the 2014 FSA account.

Any funds remaining in the 2013 FSA after March 31 will be forfeited.

Claims can be submitted to ASIFlex by mail at ASIFlex, P.O. Box 6044, Columbia, MO 65205-6044 or by fax at 1-877-879-9038. The ASIFlex Claim Form can be found at hrs.wsu.edu/Flexible Spending Account. ASIFlex Customer Service can be reached at 1-800-659-3035.
