Oct. 31: Visiting faculty ensemble performs at WSU

PULLMAN, Wash. – The visiting Athenia Chamber Ensemble will perform a free, public concert at 3:10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31, in Bryan Hall at Washington State University.

Athenia-Chamber-Ensemble-450Comprised of faculty from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, the group strives to break down the traditional formalities of the concert and create a more open and enriching experience between audience and performers.

Founding members Alison Brown Sincoff (flute), Michele Fiala (oboe) and Matthew Morris (bassoon) have collectively performed in the United States, Canada, Italy, Germany, England, France, Russia, Panama and Argentina.
